water in ecu

Hello I am new to this site. I own a 2007 hhr and am getting water in the bottom connector on the ecu. There are NO LEAKS on the engine at all
I thought the ecu was creating the water nd had it replaced. but I am still getting water inside the bottom connector only. any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Robert

Welcome to the site, I have an '07 with a 2,2 auto.
I have not had this problem but I will have a look to see possible areas water can get in there

Never heard of it. Is the Darth Vader hood still there?

Welcome to the site

I'm not sure what you mean when you say bottom connector.

Here is a diagram of the ecu.

I believe that's an SS ECU. Mine has stacked connectors.

I just inspected my ECU and don't see how water would get in the connections, I'll have a look see tomorrow in better lighting

I don't see how either, especially if Darth Vader is still present. I am wondering if the OP is talking about something completely different.
