After more research I think the diagram a posted Is of a 2006 model year. Sorry guys.

How the Sam Hill could a ECU CREATE WATER???

I suggest to retire from this thread UNTIL the OP returns to clarify his statements and questions. There is not much sense in placing effort in an attempt to help if we have no idea what he his speaking of.

All I can think of is underhood condensation, maybe the OP parks on grass or a dirt driveway, they'll bathe the underside of a vehicle in condensation.
