Turbo Mustang vs HHR SS

The Mustang is an older Fox Body V6 Turbocharged. Its fully built with a rool cage, suspension, slicks, the works.

He only got me by half a car length. Mustang ran an 8.60. I ran an 8.89.
Kinda proud of this loss considering the SS was at a pretty big dis-advantage.

Sorry if this embeds 3 times again

8.89 should put in in the high 13 second range....pretty impressive if you are on street tires...

My best run last night was a 8.86 again on Eagle GT's with 20 psi in the front and 45 psi in the back.

If it could hook, I'm guessing low low 8's and mid to low 13

Best I did last year was a 8.77. If it is nice out tomorrow, I'm gonna put the HAHN muffler back on. It may give me just enough back-pressure to boost the low-end torque, although I have shaved a few tenths by having it off. We will see, its only two bolts so easy on off.

I'm sure he was saying, who the hell puts that kinda money in an Hhr.lol
It was a really nicely done budget beater. Plus with it being a six it puts him in a different bracket like me. And for bracket racing, which is what I'm into. It really doesn't matter how fast or slow. It's all guessing your dial in and keeping consistent.
