Does anybody make a Stage 1 Kit that works in the 09 HHR? Can you use the GM kit they made for the 08 and make it work for the 09? Does anybody make an after market Stage 1 Kit for the 09's?

 

The 08 Kit won't work in the 09, however the 09 kit will be available in Q2 of this year. Search the site as there is a large thread focused on the Stage Kit.

How is this availability of this upgrade going to be effected by the closing of the SS division?

 

This was my concern too I have been patiently waiting. was also wondering when the NO SS will take effect? What about all the ordered SS's.

 

Shoulds not effect it as this is a GM part and is well on the way to market.

The loss of GMPD is only going to effect future model and their tuning by a seperate division.

Two thing on the 09 kit. One they were already working on it. More than likley it will not differ much other than than the flash for the 09. Also this is a killer profit part for them.

Performance parts from GM will still be available in the parts book.
