Thanks! I think it might be awhile before I get the down pipe, manifold and turbo back.
Bald headed turbo freak is doing those mods for me. He has some racing to finish this season before he can finish up my stuff.

Your welcome, it's my OCD like attention to details, glad you found the stuff to set off the engine cover, it looks so much better!

Here is the clutch and flywheel I am using. Spec 3+. You can see the two little divots drilled into the pressure plate or as some call clutch cover for balancing of clutch. Flywheel was good on balance didn't need any help there.

Here is a picture I should have shown. Honestly i don't feel there is a lot of power gain doing this, nice to have it be the same size as head port, and it didn't cost me anything.

FWIW.
Try this stuff Grinders Grease
it works wonders when using burrs on aluminum.

I did the same on the int mani. Widened the exhaust ports on my manifold 4mm to match the head too...wow I thought porting aluminum was time consuming... took forever to open up the steel ports...couldn't imagine doing iron heads.

Got my car running yesterday. Tell ya what...I did not expect to have adrenaline in my blood. I was so nervous for some reason. Primed the engine for 30 sec and plugged the injector harness in and fired right up. By moving the MAF from a 2.5 to a 2.75 tube and the ported head...I needed a few adjustments before I could even keep it running.

Also...that clutch is insanely grabby! Killed my car twice in the driveway last night. Pedal pressure is not bad at all. Its just right...but man its an on off switch. Putting some miles on the car today...after I get all the air out of the cooling system...what a pita.

hhrfreek are you using stock Cam's?

Also, I would really like to see your intake set up.

Spec 3+. Same as above.

Yeah I am on stock cams. I just made some charge tubes and an intake for this setup. I used 2.5" on the hot side, 2.75" on the cold side and a 3" intake. I have MAF on the cold side. I would have maxed out the MAF too much if I stuck with the stock 2.5" because I was running out of range on 24psi and the resolution gets bad at high airflows. 30psi would have made fueling difficult to dial in. Even though the MAF wants a 3"...I just couldn't get myself to go that big...glad I didn't anyway because as it looks so far I think I'll be at lower Hz on 30psi/2.75" than I was at 24psi/2.5" because the velocity is much lower. Nice to get out of the stock tubes...i didn't even notice till now they taper down to 2.25 and the stock IC boots are less than 2" ID with those little steel rings on them. I'll post some pics when I get back in.

Are you taking into account the way the MAF measures the air flow? Many people think that it actually measures the force of the air.
The way it measures may be important in your calculations. It may even be simple to trick it, like those "tune" boxes that are just a resistor.
