Aftermarket Intake
Wasn't hard to find this on ZZP's website.

Had to do a search though, so that might be their way of hiding it because they are out of stock, even though it says otherwise.
Most likely the one I will go with just to hear some more turbo noises.

Eco, I have to agree. I kept bugging Bill and Aubry at HAHN about their cai, after a year in development Bill told me himself in an email, that Chevy got it right from the get go, and our current air flow is sufficient. So they stopped development. He said if I wanted a little extra, try upping the diameter of the flex tube coming from the fender well to the airbox
Fool moon
My HHR was one bill used before move they saw gains on dyno pulls but when added in heat soak to account for traffic on a dd or put time on track use it lost power
I changed tube going to air box. And use solid tube for "cold air" tube. Gained like 9.8 but my air temp didn't suffer so I'm good lol
On moving the washer fluid the cobalt kits still do not fit FYI people

Putting an intake where the washer fluid is is the only logical place to put an intake with a heat shield. You can tap into the fenderwell easily with little modification and more fresh air can be introduced into that area with a little persuasion. I'm sure the only reason this setup has not been offered is because of the modification that will need to be done to the sheet metal. I will be making my own true cold air setup in this location sometime this summer. Gm did do a great job on the intake as far as a fresh air setup but they could have done better.
