It just occurred to me that the Cobalt was left out of the party.

I have not checked, however isn't the cobalt SSTC technically an 09 model?

All of these articles state that the tune will give the no lift shift from the cobalt to these vehicles. I thought my SS came with no lift shift. What gives?

I think they're just confused about the no lift shift.

The tune for the 09 Cobalt ss/tc is supposed to be out in the 1st quarter of 09. Apparently, CARB certification for the 09 model year vehicles (with the associated tune) isn't ready yet.

Vehicles that already have no lift shift will retain it. Vehicles without it will now have it.

Right I understand that, it just seems that they are saying in the articles that only the cobalt has this feature before the tune. I just wondered why the articles leave out the fact that we had this already.

Thanks though

The Solstice does not have the NoLift feature..it will now..that was what they were refering to as I think this kit was initially intended for the Solstice
