Bolting on a BNR K04-2871R
#91
Thats good news it makes me anxious to meet with vince. Hey I got a new dumb question I have noticed a small whistle that starts at about 12lbs boost and stays till I lift and disappears instant when the relief valve goes. I never noticed it with the stock down pipe Am I hearing the turbo spin ? my exhaust is loud compared to stock could be why I didn't hear it with the stock rubber snake ??
i'm currently lurking the ZZP EFR thread...... insane numbers but i'm expecting a $2500 price tag on it. plus i want to see how it holds up after a few months. looks like the BNR series of turbos are doing good so far, just waiting for people to dyno them and post.

I'm currently flowing 38-39 lbs/min on mine at 26 psi.
Stock air box K&N, catted DP.
A HPT tuner guy is seeing 38-43 lbs/min on the car he is tuning with the same turbo as I have.
But that guy has a aftermarket intake and catless DP.
The HPT tuner guys personal car has a Hahn S20g, he sees 40 lbs/min.
So its looking very promising for the BNR GT2871.
I need a friggin intake in a bad way to gain more flow.
I'm suppose to meet up with a guy in April one weekend to see about making a custom Intake for the HHR SS.
Should have bought that SSIntake back when I had the chance
