The stage kits arent going to be that expensive. Labor is only 220 at least at my dealership and the stage 2 kit should be around 650. The guy im working with said it should put the HHRs at about 320 to the wheels and YES the warranty is kept since GM makes the kit.

 

can you find out from your guy if this kit is also available for the Auto's???
if it is, then that may be the way to go
but I still am leary if it will be, as I stated before about the TQ limits of the auto trans......

 

Its nice to know that even Gm thinks our cars can hold more ponies, that makes me feel that the Hahn tune isnt out of bounds of a safe tune! I know the difference would be warranty!!!!Hahn hasnt come out with a tune for the auto tranny yet, and GM is just starting to test??? I wouldnt hold my breath on seeing anything for a along while MHO!

 

GM has one HUGE advantage over HRC, they designed the vehicle and know the PCM. It won't take them anytime to whip up a tune and a few hard parts for stage kits.

 

Il put a prayer in and I hope GM proves me wrong!

 

60 hp for $870 can't be beat, if those prices are close.

Dont trust the dealers here in SoCal. After I bought my SS I still had some dealers call to tell me the SSs werent out yet and wait acouple of months?????As far as performance parts go -------LOOOK OUT BELOW or put on some heavy boots for all the 9%&^#^&!
