Dejon Downpipe?
I can answer this
Today I swapped out my ZZP spun metal cat dp for a Dejon catless dp model. (To help the big turbo breath better)
I also owned a ZZP catless a year or so ago (should have kept it).
The ZZP build quality is superior, plain and simple. Thicker flanges and better welds, there is no comparison really.
The used Dejon I got off my friend had a 1/16 size pin hole in the weld, that went all the way through after further investigation (I fixed it with a welder). The welds looked like they were stopped and started about 3 times, and do not look like they penetrated as well as ZZP's (beautiful continuous welds).
To Dejon's defense they did offer to fix it for free if he paid for shipping up and back.
If/when this Dejon DP fails, I'm getting a ZZP catless again. I'm just going to use this to get by with for now.

The Down pipe does but that doesn't mean the exhaust system does.
Only difference between DP's for automatic vs manual SS's is that the DP for the automatic should be 1" shorter. I have no clue why but that's the concensus among DP owners here from what I've read up on here so far.
