Found a Local HP tuner near me
He will tune my HHR on the Dyno and all for $300.00. So soon I'll be heading to AZ Dynochip to see what I can get at the wheels. He also knows how to tune for our 91 Oct and Tunes Cobalts SS / SC and TC and other Ecotecs cars.
