Most dealers will install it. I bought mine at work with my discount and my dealer installed it.

I just wonder how they are selling this so cheap?

Why ask why, roll with it and be thankful someone is not trying to rip you off. Who knows how long these will last, could be a long time or a short term find type of thing. The parts are genuine bosche, ac/delco gm along with the packaging :) Scheduling to have mine installed this week
