gm upgrade

What is the difference in the stock sensors and the ones in the GM upgrade kit. Are they needed to make that hp or can the stock ones and a good tune do the same.

I would do the 3bar sensors and hptuners tune. The stock sensors are I think one bar and the GM stage 1 is 3 bar to allowed for more boost which equals more power.

Welcome to the site, jus1975, that was a fun year. I heard the stock ones will work with Trifecta.

X2 ......Vince at trifecta can tune the car with those sensors and give you the close to, or the same power as the gmtu sensors would.
