In yet?

A cobalt guy put down 432whp 24lb tune w/e47.5

Definitely good numbers

Edit: I guess it was with a BNR, not a s20g. I'm thinking the s20g might not put down as high of peak numbers but will have a better under the curve power

Still in boxes. Bill wants me to bring it to his shop so he can document the install. Just waiting for us both to have a free weekend, haha. Going to do the coilovers right after the turbo.

But the price difference is negotiable.

If you pieced together a S256 setup it would be the following:

S256-$730
ZZP hotside piping w/BOV flange-$260
BOV-$200
Wastegate-$200
Turbo manifold-$300

For a total of $1690 roughly with all brand new parts. I'm sure you could piece it together for cheaper finding used parts on the Cobalt forums and what not.

The Hahn 20G is supposed to be in the $1200 range by itself. Add in hotside piping with a BOV flange and a BOV and you're looking at roughly $1600 also.

Only difference is, the S256 is good for about 425-440~ on pump gas. The 20G is going to be limited to about 400~ on pump gas and have to do so at higher boost. So if you are looking for a more reliable 400whp, the Hahn 20G is not the way to go. It's an older tech turbo. There are better ones on the market right now.

For the sake of arguements sake anyways lol. Not trying to start a battle but I think that if 400whp is what you are looking for, there are better ways to do it.
you might not need hotside piping. i thought i read on hahns web sight that they are making or have a bov you can buy seperate. i think this was for people that already had hahn cp kits. according to hahn, they was building a system so that you can upgrade without having to replace hahn parts already purchased. also right now you can get the 20g for $200 less than the original. if more people get the kit,it will stay at a little over $1000 instead of $1200. i'm going with this turbo because of the fact i can use the stock manifold and it's direct bolt up. that saves atleast $760

The pricing I put down was from stock to either the 20g or the s256.

If you're talking hahn pricing then you're talking

$300+ for charge piping, bov for another $100-200 and $1200 for the turbo kit. So that would be even more expensive than the numbers I posted.
