MisterMike the 05-06 GTOs had "functional" nostrils, for cooling.

My 03 EVO had a grill built into the hood above the turbo for cooling puproses.

My 2001 Celica GTS had a "functional" hood scoop. Not for induction but for cooling purposes. The 1.8 in the GTS has the exhaust manifold next to the firewall like the HHR and Toyota build a scoop into the hood that directed air on to the manifold/firewall area.

Also, my Mr2 has a vent over the motor for cooling:

I think the HHR would look sweet with a well done louvered hood.

Just my 2 cents, but why would you wreck the looks of an HHR by putting a hood scoop on it?

Looks like a Lund stick on.

This Post is to help and in no way endorses the use of this on an HHR. I can not be held liable.

I know this doesn't answer the question of where to get them but perhaps this will help a little. There have been a few pictures posted over the years by a couple of members.

There are a few sources for a non-functioning unit. (stick on)

I think louvers on the SIDE of the hood would look nice!
