How To Verify Stage Upgrade?

Hey guys, quick question about stage upgrade kits.

Looking at a used 08 SS. I noticed the upgrade sticker on the intake, part number 19212670.

It is an automatic. Is there easy way to verify the kit is still installed? Boost levels? Will I be able to see the 4pin MAP sensor easily?

Thanks

You can tell by the seat of your pants if you've drive both stage and non-stage versions!

If it boosts anywhere near 20psi(or higher), it has the upgrade.

You should see more than 15 psi on hard throttle. I see 20-23 usually. Also, open the hood and look at the upper sensor it's under a 3/8" black A/C line on the right hand side of the engine on top. It should only have one screw holding it down. The lower one is very hard to see.

Adding to what V.R. SS said, the upper MAP sensor you can see will have a blue Bosch sticker on it and will have WHITE wires coming out of it. That's the dead giveaway.

It's a little hard to see here, but the upper sensor has the blue + white sticker, it's sitting under the vaccuum line at the bottom of the pic. For reference look just below the lower right bolt on the airbox and you'll kinda see it.
