GO CO2, Meth and E85 is good and all, until your resivior runs dry, you can run Cold-weather Windshield washing fluid(meth) or special stuff by the gallon, but expensive. E85 is cool, but your limited to where you can fuel up.

CO2 will work for about a 15 degree drop in IAT, but will most likely bust the end tanks on the Stock IC, from thermal expansion and contraction. You would also need to tune to it, for maximum effect. Most CO2 is either WOT triggered or by manual button, and who can argue with purge valves.

Incendiently, it costs about 10 bucks to fill a 10 gallon CO2 bottle, and the kits are about $300.

I haven't added the spray bar yet, but we have on several occasions sprayed the IC right before a drag-run. You can pick up a CO2 extinguisher from Wallyworld for about $20 just to try it out. We have gotten about a dozen runs off a 5lb bottle, it really helps with hot-runs, and helps to keep the HP consistent. Again $20 at Wallmart, give it a try.

hey bart, correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't every batch of e85 different from the other??? in other words you fill up on e85. when a new truck load comes in,it's a different batch, yes it's e85,but it's not like the batch before. it may be stronger or weaker. does the tune account for this,if it's true??

It is true in some spots for sure... thats why its good to have a tester on you... you cant really account for it in a tune... this is like the only thing holding me back from the E tune.. i like 93 cus its everywhere over here

Everyday life is stressfull enough, having to test my gas everytime, just sounds like a hassle.

93 is everywhere... and here in the heart of rednecks and racing 101, 103, 107, and 112 octane is readilly available as well. the 112 stuff is almost $8 a gallon. But sure smells good.

8.00 is cheep for 112. Here the 101 is over 8.00 but topping off with 4gallons of it was fun.

I did something similar, half a tank of 101, and half a tank of 112, smelled sweet for a week! More pep, not much... about $120.00 a tank-full......it was a splurge.
