I see two different map kits for sale online. They look the same but the price is miles apart.
Oem Parts Depot.. GM stage 1 kit is $719

While the ZZP.. GM Stage 1 Sensors is $115.

My take is one uses the GM ECM flash and the other uses a custom flash?

Yea the GM kit allows you to get the GM flash. WIth the ZZPerformance sensors you need to find someone who can change the sensor cals and updated the tune, i.e. HPTuners. If you know a good tuner getting the sensors from ZZP installing then changing the tune is the best bang for the buck. My tune before the upgrade was MUCH better than the GM tune but I needed the upgrade sensors.
