ZZP I owe you...
Talk about shinanigins,
Took my car in and "forgot" to let them know that I couldn't install the front charge piping piece that sits in front of the radiator to the intake manifold. Being a Christmas present it was some Hahn piping which Brandon (after a few jokes) tried to install. Needless to say the auto charge pipe (there was a weird emission piece on my 08 too that was in the way) on of the SS is way different then the 5 speed in the way the motor sits in the engine bay. Autos have about 3" less room to deal with on all is sides making the front charge pipe, seriously one of the most difficult bolt on parts to install for an HHR.
The weirdest thing is no one on this forum has mentioned this before. In fact ZZP has a separate part for the Auto v. Stick! Even though they were out of stock they made a CUSTOM PIECE for my car (with the Hahn piping no less ) and got me situated to dump tune tomorrow.
I was a dick (sorry I'm nosed) and spend the whole time in the garage hot the side just to make sure they didn't need a handler whatever. Either way they really went out of their way to make sure I was happy and my car faster. Custom charge piping made me buy their new HHR Intake setup just out of gratitude for their work and ease of tuning (we talking about my "booooogieintake" and All got a great laugh out of it.....not to mention the whistle tips I installed :)
Going back tomorrow to dyno tune, just the pipe change made a difference, can't wait for the tune...
Big ups to the "pair" of Brandon's and Tim for really schooling me and showing me around the shop! By the way their work was titties!
Can't wait for them to have the new spot!

Yea suxks about the LSD time to blow her up and bring it back to the guys here at ZZP!!
They didn't modify the Hahn Pipe, and they were out of Auto pipes so they freaking fabbed one on spot, powder coated it and had it installed for me. Purchased their HHR Intake setup since my stock setup sucked. On the dyno right now getting ready to start the fun.....were all thinking/hoping for around 300hp

Ok forgive my stupidty those numbers are torque not HP.
I ended up AUTOMATIC mind you (with a tune that is driven 35k a year on, thank you Matt)
getting the sheets but if memory serves me right we got
252fwhp 319tq
Just the throttle response alone is night and day versus the old tune. Bought a ZZP HHR Intake so the tune was easier than a custom MAP profile. I got videos I will post ASAP, just got my dog back out of surgery today, 3.5 year old dachshund and a lot of attention needs to be paid to her rather then the whippppp, ya know what I mean?
BIG UPS to ZZP the guys hooked the **** up, every penny spend was worth it, just for the jokes these guys crack.

I forget, you must be on the stock 2.5 bar map sensors. This is why your numbers are lower than what I was expecting. If you had the stage 1(GMTU) you would have 3 bar sensors allowing for more boost=more power. But those are pretty good numbers for a ~20psi tune.
Make sure mans best friend is taken care of then post up dyno sheet
