New B&M short shifter

Since I've got everything already torn apart I am able to watch it happen. What brought my attention to it was that I saw little blue pieces of plastic that I later determined came from the lip. I still have to lift up the lock out to engage reverse, and the lever will stay to the right of the tab, but if I put any left pressure on the stick, it will click over past the tab.

Does it shift easier from first - second gear when your on the throttle hard? I know in my car the stock shifter is hard to get into second if on the gas hard *due to the torque build up. (*From what I was told) This is even with the clutch fully engaged. So is this short shifter more torque friendly I guess I could ask? lol.

I have had mine for almost a year now, love it, the shifter along with the new shifter mounts help a bit with the shifting also a good adjustment of the shifter help.

That shifter looks dope. I remember when I cut the shifter on my old Nissan truck. It shifted & felt so much better. You must be loving it!
