I have to make choose between a dejon short intake or a custom made for the ss a secret service cold intake. Both are great prices. I've read up on both. But one is 100.00 more than the other. Any advice would be helpful.

 

On another forum a guy said he has done many dyno tuning to his SS and his best were with the stock airbox

 

I'm getting the secret service intake. Its on the way as we speak

 

I,m glad that been trying to sell it months. I have an easy choose now

from what I see on some of these intakes is the metal ones getting heatsoaked a bit more. I will change the Filter to a K&N filter

 

just my opinion,stay away from secret service....some people have success,but something don't feel right with that intake. there was a good review on the k&n system.

 

I didn't know K&N made a system. I will have to check it out.
