400 HP , It would last for a short time , Before the weakest link let go. GM has had this engine up to 1000 hp , but no internals are stock. Cash makes HP ,

I'm thinking if it isn't done by a GM dealership in plain sight, on location, that it is not a factory approved warrantied change.

I wouldn't do it without a clean documentation path from GM naming with guy as the sole Stage 2 vendor. It should have press release announcement somewhere at a minimum

Come on people the tiny K04 doesnt flow enough air to be capable of 400. No way in HELL.

Keep dreaming. To get 400 you need full boltons and the 2871 on the car and a pretty agressive tune and possibly an E blend
