From what you are describing it sounds like a GMlan issue. I'd disconnect the battery and touch the cables together for a few seconds then see what happens.

It sounds like one of the modules on the lan is logic locked.

 

Sent e mails to Vince yesterday, dealer also e mails and voice mails, no answer what so ever. car went back to Chevy today, hope they dont ---- me up. product support from trifecta 0. dealer bent over backwards thanks mike.

 

No offense, but you sure didn't give Vince much time to respond.

 

The HHR was undrivable since 11/8 untill 9/11, 4 days with no HHR because of a tune. still not working as of today 9/12. How long should i have waited?

 

Not exactly sure what you're dates say= "11/8 untill 9/11.

But you're previous post said: "e-mailed Vince yesterday,car went back to Chevy today". This was what I was refering to.

 

9/23/12 Did you get your "Tune Issues" resolved? What was the problem?

 

GM replaced the auto trans module. They reloaded the GM factory tune also. Runs fine now. Still dont know if the module was the problem or something else. Tuner refunded full price on Trifecta. till want to get this done on of these days.
