i have informed both AutoWerks & ZZP that the parts they make for Cobalts WILL fit HHRs. they do need to add HHR sections, but you can find the parts under the Cobalt sections for now. downpipes, catbacks, intercoolers are the same. the hot side charge pipe is a tad bit different but they fit just fine, i'm currently running the ZZP hot side charge pipe w/ their silicone couplers and i'll soon be putting on the ZZP cold side so i'll let you know if that works too..... i don't see why not. the only real difference between a Cobalt LNF & HHR LNF is the intake..... i recently had a little experiment with a Dejon SRI for a Cobalt, it wouldn't fit without removing the windshield washer tank (which is something i like having, so it won't be happening).
The Cobalt SS/TC is 3.82

I did talk with zzp, they said it would be no prob. to slap it on the dyno for a tune. Thanks for the tips everyone. Though, I have some sort of an issue with my clutch or linkage starting to act up. I'll have a separate post for that, maybe some of you can advise me before I take it to the dealership so I don't get bent.
