Hey, I was wondering what you guys are running at the tracks with strictly GM upgrades? I would like to keep my warranty for as long as i can but get some nice power out of it as well and wanted to see what everyone was running.

This would be anyone running GMPP exhaust, intake and the turbo upgrade which is all they offer for now as i'm aware of.

I'd like to put a 3" down pipe on the car but again, don't want to void the warranty since the car only has 25k on it.

Thanks!

They offer an intake?

If you want a 3" dp just do it. It takes all of 15 minutes to swap it out if you have to take the car in for warranty work.

GMPP sells an intake and an exhaust for the SS. The intake consists of a filter/elbow/and nice polished airbox lid. There's a link on here somewhere I just can't remember where I saw it.

I think that intake you saw was for 2.2/2.4, not for the SS with the turbo.... (I could be wrong, but that's the one I know of)

Huh, I could have sworn it was for the SS. Could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time you can ask my wife according to her I'm always wrong

Are you guys throwing any codes with a catless DP? I want to get the Dejon since it's alot cheaper than the Hahn....

Also, any difference with just replacing the stock down pipe with a 3" catless on the stock SS exhaust?

I have the Dejon and no codes. I have HPTuners and I'm not sure if my tuner tuned out the code for it but I'm pretty sure due to Dejon's design it keeps the light from coming on.

With just the stage kit & ADM catback exhaust, I ran a best of a 14.042@104.91MPH. I really don't believe that the catback exhaust helps much on an other wise stock SS, except for the nice sound. Good luck at the track and let us know how it goes.

As for the intake and exhaust from GMPP, I do believe that is for the 2.4 or 2.4 engines. The only intake I have seen for the SS is the K&N kit.
