Make an account on css.net and post up what you have experienced. Not only will he respond...defensively at that....but I bet several others will post up with how he is ignoring them as well. I don't understand why you can't file a claim against him at this time. Either way I would contact paypal and get something going.

This is absolutely unreal. I finally get the tune file so I'm happy. He tells me to run a scan file while I'm driving and send it to him so he can make sure it's doing what it's supposed to do. Well, it runs but not good. The boost is out of wack and the shift points are off between 1-2, it fluctuates rpms before it shifts. I sent him the file, and let him know what was going on. That was three days ago. Again, he is not answering emails and is taking his time. This is my daily driver. This is BS customer service. I'm at the point of telling this guy to go screw himself and contacting Paypal and explaining that this guy didn't come through on his part so I should be refunded. That is no way to run a 'business'. What a joke.

that sucks man. you have been waiting a long time for this. don't drive around with the base file on. flash back to stock and wait until the revision is complete and then flash that tune on. driving around on a crappy tune will only cause more problems.

i haven't seen him on css.net in forever. i don't know what's going on but either way you don't take someone's money and not give them what they paid for. good luck with everything tho

If I dont get it fixed by Sunday, I'm going to have to load the file I originally sent him. I cant go back stock because of the GM Stage 1. I will make sure to write up my experiences around the forums. I will join the LNF performance forum just to make a write up. This guy is very unprofessional.

yeah flash back to the gms1 file...you just don't want to be driving around on a tune that isn't finished. it may have kr...who knows. anyway post up at css.net rather than lnfp...no one goes there anymore.

cobaltss.net, it's always abbreviated as css, or occasionally fail.net lol
