Zzp ZFR bolt-on turbo upgrade

What happened to the ZFR thread? Anyway, want to hear more about this turbo on the HHR application...

Yep, it would be nice if one of our vendors offered something similar that was 100% Cali legal. Turbo swap is okay in CA. Replacement of intake parts or installing external BOV, not so much.

If by 'sucks but funny' you mean sad, then yes. The laws here punish the people that abide by them. Only the criminals are free in CA. Sometimes it is hard to get vendors to think of us, especially if they'd need to grease the palms of the California Air Resource Board to get on the exempted list before selling to us.

you sir are correct.....i've emailed inquiring TWICE now on how to pay money so im allowed to help you guys mod your cars, but still no response so i have to sit back and watch and keep my mouth shut :/

Seems like they don't want any more tbh ive been looking for the post thought I dreamed bout it n was going crazy because I'm really thinking about a turbo upgrade

Ya, others have inquired about it before to no avail. No wonder this forum is so inferior compared to others.

Sooo, I think I have heard of an HHR with a ZFR. Hoping to see dyno sheets on an auto and manual.

Im in the same boat, granted im small potatoes, but there is an intrest for the custom laser stuff I'm doing. I even made a .net keychain. No response. Bummer.
