Word of warning on the ZZP intake. Both MississippiSunburst and I have the turbo upgrade kit that comes with the intake. It doesn't have anything to mount to. I'm guessing that the cobalt has something there that the hhr doesn't. The bracket on the intake is floating around the washer fluid jug. I made a bracket that bolts to the valve cover. After I noticed my air filter was rubbing paint off the valve cover. I'm sending one down there I can make more if anyone is interested.

Nothing against ZZP they're products are quality, welds are fantastic. Just disappointed with the fit and finish. I'm currently removing both charge pipes and the IC. The bracket that ZZP sent for the IC needs to be modified. My lower valence will not go in because the IC is a half inch below the bumper. I'll throw some pics up here in a bit.

The reason for removing everything is their powdercoating choice is not for me. It's a black crinkle finish, if you like crinkle that's fine. I'm going to sandblast and redo them in red, glossy red!

I'm also not a fan of HOT air intake... will be making my own. Sheesh!

Darn it! Every time I quick reply the text is so small! Is there a setting in missing for this.
