I do have pics of the inside of the blown one. Gotta figure out how to get them on here. I didn't really take pics of it going back together. I can do a video of it running I suppose. But my wife just left for work in it. Lol. When she gets home. Not much cause I was mostly by myself just going at it.

One tip. The cobalt has the overflow nipple on the engine. The hhr has it on the radiator filler hose (on the cap) I had to replace that nipple with a bolt. I didn't know till I ran it and had coolant spew everywhere. Lol. Lesson learned
