Swap completed, Took awhile but went smooth.
New timing tensioner, new belt and tensioner, new plugs, new oil/filter (synthetic), new antifreeze, new (used) exhaust manifold (mine was cracked), engine swapped, everything washed, tested, etc.
All in with buying the engine ($400) plus install ($800) and a couple parts The total came to under $1400.
Runs like a dream.

Good deal - stick to a good maintenance schedule and approved products (oil/filter etc) and you should get a good number of miles out of it.

Well update.
My new engine has way more power, car doesn't downshift on hills like it used too and my fuel mileage went from 28mpg to 37mpg.
