Oh yeah, still plenty of activity on here. My opinion that the best tech info and help is from this site. I haven't really found another site that can provide as well as this one does.

Side note: Last year for the HHR was 2011. SS last year- 2010. SS panel was only made 1 year-2009.

My Bad... correct, 2011 last year. I thought one version lasted into 2012... some listing for parts I've seen 2012.

Great to hear site still active! Some posts are long past.
I'm happy as heck to have found one in great shape, low miles. Wanted a low cost hauler and advertiser for small business getting primed up. The panel to me is a eye catcher! Looked at a '34 Delivery Panel, but $40k just wasn't in the plans for "looks"... personally the HHR Panel is a close 2nd for minimal investment.

Don’t believe the years in advertising, I’ve seen claims some parts fit the 2005 thru 2012 HHR.
It’s a good thing we’re here to guide folks thru the darkness and into an HHR!

Is the 2.5 the one listed on their site for HHR?
How loud is it? Does it drone much?
I like a little more tone... several other are close to OEM.. too quiet.

Post were mixed up for a bit... sorry, learning the "reply" vs "quote" on this site.
Changing my last 2 replies to quotes...

Hey Thanks for the info & guidance!
I was going to hunt you up eventually, been reading a few threads that you've had some items of interest.
I haven't even received HHR Panel yet, I was having the Dealership tighten up the ft bumper first.. dropped a tad making a bigger gap than normal.

But, I was interested in some of your posts: suspension, stabilizer / sway bars, larger ft brakes, and suspension: struts & shocks. Not even sure if will be needed for a while but was interested to hear more about your choice of parts and if they remain available on market.

Considerably louder than stock, no drone.

I have the ZZP catted 2.5 inch downpipe too, both installed at the same time. Not sure what one would sound like without the other.

Hey great... sounds like I need to add that to my list of mods. The ZZP down pipe I wasn't aware of... have to look that one up.
I noticed on your signature block you mention the ZZP down pipe and Trifecta Tuning. I found the ZZP PCM tuning option... sounds like a good mod.
Is the Trifecta a better option... and still available? The ZZP appears to simply refresh new program to existing PCM.
Is there a handheld unit for the HHR, my Trinity doesn't have any HHR configs.

Trifecta is no longer available...

Also... ZZP doesn't list this downpipe for the HHR, you have to use the Cobalt/Ion part. (ZZ-E25DP-A-400-BP)
