HHR Chip

Has anyone bought the CHIP from GForce that is advertised on this site for their HHR with a 2.2 engine? I bought one but my GM mechanic can't get it installed. He can't find the right voltage which says find 2 wires that measuer together 2.4 volts DC. Are there any other companies that sell chips for an HHR with a 2.2 engine? Any thoughts?

some have used superchips..but there are a lot of pros and cons on those chips..more cons than anything lol
do engine upgrades then get a tune from trifecta or hpt.. best bet

gforce

From everything I have heard these chips from any company are a farce.
Don't buy. If it was that easy GM would have done it.

chips

Don"t waste your money...those chips should be outlawed...use the money you will save and put it towards a super tune through the ECM...had one done for about $250.00 by a "g m" tech. Best 250 i could have spent.....the car runs like a little b.... Now. Plus got 2 more miles per gal. Big improvement in performance...not an 's s', but better than an stock 'l t'........sc

You mean I shouldn't buy a magnet to wrap around my fuel line? I read that that would add 5-10 MPG, it's on the internet.

Advertisements on this site are of the "Google" type, no endorsements are intended I am sure.
