looking for replacement DP / car pipe

Does anyone have a mail order solution for buying a replacement down pipe / Cat section pipe? Mine has cracked right off the flange at the flex and my temp weld job busted when I hit 180mph..

I was looking at the zzp down pipe but not even they know if the cobalt section fits an HHR..

This platform is going on 6 yrs old. either they have heads in the sand or they are hiding something.

From what I've seen and heard, and DP from a cobalt with the 2.2L 2.4L or 2.0L SC will work on our cars

bump a lump. The car needs to be replaced a 3rd time THe first to times was the flex cracking. I didnt investigate this to far as I had a shop puta mesh flex in for waay to much moulah!!

Its either wait and buy a zzp prefab next week or grab a universal cat and put it in myself.. or just run a delete pipe and deal with the eng code
With the cat stopped up this thing weezs, chokes, coughs, and gags.

Alright kids

In a pinch things needed to be done and since the cat is on backorder from GM and I have to drive this for work I welded up a 2.5 pipe in place of the cat and used the ol non foulder trick on the rear O2 to keep form setting a code.
If I rag on it I will get a code after several hundred miles but normal driving yeilds no code and quite a GAIN in performance according to the BUTT DYNO.

Still looking to see if anyone knows if a cobalt downpipe is the same as an HHR.

Well I was looking for a bolt in replacement. At most I would be up for welding in a flange but seeing how that is just the initial dp section there would be a bit for fab.

If it was my personal car I'd be in for it but this is a company car that is leaving soon..

Anyone in the market for a cheap black hhr in Michigan?
