whether you use it much or not your rev limit comes on FAST and nothing in your kit will save you from a blown engine. Activating TOO low can cause an explosion inside your intake manifold and happens a LOT with the ecotec motors. Hitting your rev limit too many times will blow the top end clean off. Even a 2nd gear pull with nitrous makes the 6500 come up VERY fast!!! Just a warning. My advice? play it safe and get a MSD Window Switch.

From my understanding, the NOS set-up is designed to kick in at 'Full Throttle', how often do you expect to have an opportunity to be at full throttle, unless you`re on a drag strip or street racing?
A supercharger/turbo is much more street friendly, and give you a reasonable expectation that you can use it in day-to-day driving... Plus you don`t have to recharge.

I have a Turbo, with boost gauge, you can monitor you engine/vacuum, and anytime you`re in a negative boost, you`re running efficiently, actually using wasted exhaust gas to power engine. And BOOST on demand, no buttons to push.
I don`t think I`ve ever even had my Turbo at wide-open-throttle, (while driving), and I know I`ve never done so in the HHR.
