P0016 P0068 need help diagnosing

So I drive a 2006 hhr with the 2.2L and it’s got 190,000~ and it’s been having a lot of issues lately, I was leaving work last week and I went to start it and it cranked but didn’t start so I got a jump from my coworker and it started but it was kinda rough but smoothed out after a few minutes so I tried to drive it home and it didn’t really feel like it was at full strength andmade it maybe 20 miles and when I hit a decent hill it just wouldn’t accelerate so I parked on the side of the road and got a tow so I wouldn’t blow it up, took it to a mechanic and he did a maf sensor and said that cleared most of the codes and I left there and made it about half way home before the “engine reduced power” indicator came on and I pulled into a parking lot and left it for the night, next morning it started right up and drove the rest of the way relatively well but a little bit rough when I let off the gas, once in my garage I replaced the engine air filter and spark plugs, cleaned the throttle body and whatever else I could get to without tearing it down to far and then used my buddy’s scan tool and got codes p0016 p0068 p0449 and I’m scratching my head at this point, and for context I really can’t afford to bring it back to the shop and I’m just trying to exhaust every option that I can before I call it a lost cause

P0016 is the intake camshaft position sensor doing its job telling the ECM the camshaft and crankshaft correlation is out of sync , the timing chain is stretched and possibly the front guide is damaged. Time for a new timing chain.

P0068 indicates a dirty MAF or MAP sensor, recheck the wiring connections

P0449 is the EVAP vent valve check it and its connections if you replace it make sure you transfer the gasket over from the old one.

P0449 could be a fuse. #64 under hood.
P0068 could be a fuse. #33 under hood.
P0016 does mean timing chain.
