Exactly that! True Ram Air! Was just curious for most part but I could invision a hood scoop like Applenut & 1Panel have posted. I guess I've had an LT1 too long that I forget I'm only dealing with half as many cylinders. Take that as a compliment or a dis towards me lol

A true Ram-air setup is useless for a large gain unless the system is completely sealed. The only real benefit you would get is colder air. But if you're drawing from under the radiator you're getting hot air from the pavement. A setup with a hood scoop would be idea but again, not really beneficial. Other than COLD air you wouldn't see the benefit of a ram-air system until you are at highway speeds, around 65+. The stock intake already draws cool air from the passenger side fender. So if you want a ram air setup. Feel free to customize all the work and post pics beacause some here might find it useful! Welcome to the forum and happy modding!
