supercharger project

It runs and I've beend driving it for the past couple months but there's still work to be done. I want to get the ss front bumper to protect the intercooler and I also ran into pretty bad traction problems. In 1st and 2nd gear the tires just spin so I want to do some suspension work and put on traction bars and engine mounts. When it warms up I'll start working on it again and post some pictures

I will be doing the supercharger install on my 2.4 in May, first doing exhaust and cams and just finished suspension work and tires and rims.
What exactly did you need to do for the air intake? And isn't there a way to just do some body work on the front fascia so it fits on with the heat exchanger?
Good post up. I will be doing the same throughout my mods.

They use an additional idler pulley and space out the alternator(custom to the kit by zzp). You will not use your factory belt, but it will still be a one-sided 5 rib belt of around 71" for the zzp setup.
If you did the LSJ routing:
LSJ tensioner
LSJ idler
LSJ 6 rib belt
Then you just cut off the extra rib so it is compatible with your crank, alt and ac. Your stock alternator will spin backwards with this setup but it is still known to be very reliable spinning counter. I did that myself with no issues.

UPDATE:
Aem uego wideband installed along with sun pro boost gauge, if anyone knows where I can get a dual pillar gauge pod that would be great. I also put on an LS4 throttle body on and the throttle response is crazy. It leaned out my air fuel ratio slightly so within the next week or so I am getting my buddies tuner to tweak the tune using hptuners. Hopefully after that I will be installing TTR engine and transmission mounts and traction bars.
