Sway bars..

So is there any other option for sway bars in the 2.2? Do we even have a rear/front sway bar? I know from my other ride, stiffer bars equals less of a lean in aggressive turning etc. Same with this?

So stock sway bar width?

Both a front and rear?

Unless you autox a lot, just a rear bar will do, helps a lot to reduce body lean in corners. Lots of options, ttr is popular and Powell raceshop has 3 levels, street, hardcore, and xxx.

There's sorta a torsion bar between axles..so by adding a bar your augmenting the system. You can get specs online , I believe they were posted in some of the new car review s. A rear bar on these cars does wonders!

Hmm ill try to find it. Found kits online but wasn't sure if we already had them installed cause the I found was 29mm rear bar. Didn't know if I would need to drill own holes or bolt right up.

As was mentioned rear is a type of torsion bar, not removable from rear axle.

Front sway bar is plenty imo.

Rear kits are simple bolt ons... Use the "Search" function & you should find plenty with pics etc..

I have the 1" rear bar on mine..

I did a search in the 2.2 section. Either didn't word it right or really only 2 threads. One was about brands. Other one had no responses to it.

I just dont like high speed cornering with body movement.

It's probably the easiest and most noticeable mod. Four bolts, could do it without a jack if you don't have one.
Only question is how stiff ya want it.

Search box is in the upper toolbar. Click on the arrow & a drop down window appears, type in the search (use only 'key' words), & see what pops up..

Like this:

On mine I swapped rear springs for Cobalt SS/TC springs, that lowered the rear 1-1/4", which was a big help. Then about a month later added the 1" rear sway bar.
