Aftermarket Exhaust
Aftermarket Exhaust
Now that i have the GMPP Intake, Im looking at getting a aftermarket Exhaust, but im unsure of what sound it will make. This is my First 4 Banger and the last thing i want is too sound like Boy Ricer in a Honda Civic.
Anyone have any sound clips other then just searching You-Tube.

Did you try resetiing the ECU? Fuse number 41 in the engine fuse block. Pull, let sit for five minutes, replace, idle for a few minutes, take for a short drive with low rpm and high rpm. Did this to mine with a CGS intake and Magnaflow exhaust and averaged 35 mpg on the highway with a high of 40. I still get around 29 in town.

What kind of Mileage were you getting prior to the Intake and exhaust?
Is this typical with these kinds of mods?
What model HHR you rolling in?
Exhaust & GMPP Air Box
The "Mini Burbon" is a 2008 LT 1 with the 2.2, I've got about 1100 miles on it (6 weeks old) now and before the Air Box and Exhaust it was getting 24 to 26 in town. Haven't be able to drive it for about a week now fell into a crater on one of our side streets and bent the right front wheel. (Dealer wants $1000.00) Waiting for check from insurence co. Found a wheel repair guy to fix back to factory specs for a hundred bucks..........
