Talking Bump-stop trim:how much?

I've seen the "how-to" pics and posts but have not found a definative answer on how much to trim the bump-stops when installing a Gold Line Spring rear leveling kit.

Your help (as always) is much appreciated!

Cheers everybody: have an awesome weekend

Dooooooooooooooh! Another fine example of failure-to-follow-instructions. The directions are in the box.....what a wank I am. OK: one inch. Thanks all the same and have a fabulous weekend.

Cheers,

Moth

Page 2 of the following thread have members stating that they didn't cut any of the bump stops before installing the levelers.

Here's a quote from a vendor selling them..........

Modern foam type bump stops are designed to engage early and allow for a fair amount of travel, but "riding the bumpstops" will overtax them and cause premature breakdown. My thought is that it's a good idea to trim some off even with the leveling springs, but you can definitely install them without trimming and see how it rides.
