Well, after dealing with my check engine/traction control light problem from my AIRAID intake install I had no other choice but to remove it and go back to stock. I had my local mechanic find me a stock air box (since I had already discarded mine) from one of his local salvage yards for 50.00 dollars. He install the stock box back, cleared the codes and I have been trouble free for 2 weeks now. Had gotten an exchange from AIRAID for a new tube with a thicker wall diameter but that only solved the problem for a few weeks and the the light started to come back on at different intervals. With my emmisions test comming up soon, I knew that I could not take a chance on having the light come on before or durning the test. I have heard that they wont even test your vehicle here in Maryland if the check engine light is on.
Hope this finally solves this problem for me for good. From what I have read here, some people have the problem and some dont !

what was the code? Because my dealer blamed my cgs air filter when i was under warranty then I went there for another issue/problem the solution was an update to bcm/ecm with the exact same codes.

Some dealers jump to conclusions without really investigating. We had one with a continual MAF code and when he removed it the code never returned. But I see numerous vehicles with all sorts of similar mods and no codes. So.............some do some don't.
