yea , if i only had a tig. i used to fit stainless , was my job. the $375 is just a little steep for me right now. even the other for $195 + 85 shipping is more than i want to put in it. i do think the Magnaflow is 1 of the best for the money. i'm also considering putting a cheap turbo muffler on , if so i'd rather have a "straight thru" one. it's not a show or race car. i just want to improve my mpg. oh , and today they are $485 for Magnaflow on ebay. they have a CGS for $299+ 18 shipping , for the axle back.

Plus they make a Corsa exhaust for the Cobalt. That is the one I want to try.

you can get stainless rods for your stick welder . maybe alittle tricky depending how thick the metal is .

I have the GM Cobalt exhaust on my 2008 HHR...
I did have to cut one hanger piece on the exhaust part.. but
it will fit...

Got my Corsa today, will be fitting it this weekend. Took a few looks at it and it looks like the exhaust tip will have to be shortened.
