If you are that concerned, you can command the fans on at a lower temp through HPTuners.
Are you indicating you had the A/C ON while you were idling??? If so, that is pretty strange. I have sat and Idled with my A/C on for 20-40 minutes....never went over 208. AND THAT IS IN AMBIENT TEMP.'S of 115 F.

If your A/C was off that is understandable. The fans weren't running and no air was moving thru the radiator/coolant.
