Lights mean nothing right now.
Can you communicate with the ECM ?
Hope you took out that wire that Bubba installed.

The scan tool can’t verify the key is in the on position. But the obd port does have power.

All the ecm fuses and bcm fuses are good.

"good" as in visual inspection shows a continuity in the element, Or there is power to all of them when there is supposed to be and a electrical continuity test was done on each of them?

I just made sure they were not blown with the ohms setting on my volt meter

I think it may be the bcm has died. I’m not just saying it’s computer because that’s what everyone jumps to. I have checked and voltage is going to the bcm, but none of the fuses have power going to them. I’ll try and upload pictures to explain what I mean.

If it were the BCM, the headlights would still work. But you may have more than one issue. Did you check the maxi-fuse?

Just making sure, by maxi-fuse you mean the one in the back by the battery? I have checked it

Check on the negative cable the current sensor and the battery cable clamps are they cracked?
