Yes, that's the one, powers the BCM.

The maxi-fuse is all good. The bcm has power. I double checked it. I’m really at a loss here.

You say fuses are all good.
Can you pull any codes from the ECM ?
What is the available voltage of the battery you put it in the car ?
Is it over 12.4 volts ?

Both batteries I’ve tried in the car are good. Both have 12.5 volts and I charged the one that came in the car overnight just to confirm it was good. I’m not getting any codes because the scanner won’t talk to the car. My scanner says the key needs to be on. Even though the key is on when I scan it.

Check for a signal to the run and start relays.

That wire must have fried the BCM

There is no signal to the run or start relays. There is no signal to any of the relays in the underhood fuse box. I’m not getting power to those fuses either. But I do have power at the post under the red cover.

Is it possible that the underhood fuse box is dead entirely? And would a used one be useable? I have a 2009 parts car.

I have not yet tried that. I’ll try that first.
