I say whatever..I mean see if you can get some refund for the wrong muffler but if your happy with it other wise why mess with it?

I'm also liking the picketing idea the more I think about it.

And I might have let it got and just have asked for the price difference...
but they tried to say the two mufflers were basically the same and they never even offered!!

if that muffler has a $39.95 retail i doubt seriously they paid 18 to 20 for it.
to me that is the problem.

i would make a copy of that web page from the company and ask why did they charge more than retail.

Things just keep getting better.....talked to the regional distributer for IMCO and the don't even stock the 924's.

Just order the IMCO-924 from Full Line Exhaust, about $36 delivered.

Now I just need to get the Car-X thing straightened out!

sounds to me like you spent more money than you needed to.If you were happy with what you have just keep it and get the difference between the flowmaster and the one you got returned to you..
