Good. Now get your car on a dyno and post the numbers!
The lesson to be learned is- if you want to run better you have to change the factory tune.

WOW!!!

I'm very impressed by the increased power. By far the most improvement I've gotten from any of the mods I've done. I really can't explain all that was done and how.

This is what I can tell you. From a dead stop, more power. While driving, mush improved acceleration to pass (or just to fly, a little on that later!) Don't know about mpg yet but I filled the tank this morning and will update after a couple tanks.

Now for the real fun stuff. NO hesitation at 110 in D. No need for I drive any more. Goes from 60 to 100 very quickly. One thing that blew me away was that at 115 the rpms were about 6200 but the it shifted and it dropped to 5500!! At that point Bonnie said it was enough. It felt like it still had a ways to go as far as top speed.

My first impression is that this was worth every penny!! Maybe Matt will see this and explain all he did.
Another Modder.. finding out.. from my long ago previous post that one has to have a reflash ECM for modifications done to a vehicle.. The Stock ECM doesn't compensate for this mods.. only a true reflash with get your air /fuel mixture corrected... Thanks again GDZHHR

May be a while for dynos, if ever. Just not a priority for me, I'll have it on a 1/4 mile track before I dyno.

Performance mods so far: CGS intake w/outlaw filter, synthetic oil, custom cat-back exhaust-Thrush glass-pack w/2 Walker resonators and of course the tune by Tune Time.

And yes, while the mods themselves helped, I did notice a difference with each-exhaust and intake, it all came together after the tune.

This is by far the best thing I've done to Bob!!

I'm glad you got a chance to see and feel for your self what we are all about . I've seen 2mpg increase on my HHR 2.4 lt as well as a huge increase down low from a take off . We modify alot more then full throttle table and push more on the every day part throttle situations .

Well, I think a tune will be added to the list for our little hot rod. I'm looking at header and down tube replacement, so maybe after that I'll jump on the tune!

You guys can put all the bolton's you want on the car but you never get the most out of them with out a tune.

Finally got tuned

I just got back from Tune Time a little while ago. Car runs great. I can finally rev it in neutral, no hesitation when I step on the gas, and more power, especially on the highway. Also the redline and shiftpoints was increased a bit.

Everything was done from inside the car. I cant wait to get it on the track, or at least use my G-Timer if I can find a level un-policed place. They are getting a 4 wheel dyno this Thursday but I did not want to put it off since my son was off from school today and wanted to come with me.

Next mod will probably be the lightened pulleys. Tune Time is working on getting them soon.
