Whoever told you that was uneducated Lee. The stock injectors are already at 97% duty cycle with a VERY MILD tune on them from what we saw with HPTuners. You NEVER want your duty cycle higher than LOW 80's. If you overwork your IDC then your injectors will wear out FASTER. Bumping up to the higher injectors reduces the IDC to mid 70's range and is safer and you get even MORE power from it. It also raises the rev-limit to 7000 and the power band is AMAZING! When the shift points were set THEN it really felt awesome.

We are putting a CA header and 2.5" catless downpipe on the Cobalt sometime in the next week and will re-tune and post results. Also adding a trans cooler to help with the trans temps. We're looking at a Auto SS/NA that will soon be just as fast as the SS/SC's are stock. 14's here we come!

Yes. Doing custom mounting brackets and such as well. Basically a twin pass design. Its 4.5" tall and as long as the radiator. The lines are high pressure lines and will replace the stock tranny lines also. We were thinking of tapping the "out" line from the stock trans cooler in the radiator and running it IN to the new cooler then OUT and back to the tranny so that way it gets twice the cooling. But, we'll see. Should be FUN!!!

Don't put to much fath in the HPt scanner [ we have seen a lot of wrong data when compared to a snap-on solus or GM Tech 2 I.E. TPS ,INJ duty, Timing ,KR to name a few ] ...You need a w/b as well as a more reliable scanner ...BTW since when are the intake valves open 80% of the time ? Yes it's a good rule to follow but untill you making 190+ at the wheels stock injectors are fine based on our dyno testing and Tech 2 scan's
