Hmm lets see some facts..

my other car which is a G35 Infiniti Coupe...
has all the similar goodies. /setup too....

I'm losing all kinds of power... I can't keep up with a stock G35 , I want my stock parts back on........

I'm with you hvrod. It's good to know a cobalt header will fit with only minor adjustments. I commend you for trying it out also. When I get some money together after Christmas I may have to try out a set up similar to yours.

just let you guy's know you mite want to hold off I am going to be putting a prototype header on the hhr it is stainless steel header we will see the differents I am hoping with some upgrades I have.

the only way flow would hurt performance if it was over kill like...all three inch piping, maybe. You can have to much flow, what what he did would not hurt hp in anyway.
