JoeR, your saying if I was to add on my 06 say one of the universal sts turbo kits that supply about 6-8 psi of boost I can just get a tune on the computer and wouldnt need anything else? Perhaps, has anyone tried this route?

nope...you get in touch with trifecta performance and they tune the ecu for the added boost
